Current Opportunities

The Marketing Associate will assist the Bank’s primary marketing and public relations director and will support the marketing initiatives for the Bank. The position requires prior experience in a social media marketing role with exposure to branding/marketing strategy, media buying and placement, and public relations. This position will also support relationships between the department and the Bank’s internal clients and any external marketing firms, consultants, designers, etc. that the Bank may contract with.
 
Responsible for soliciting and servicing prospective and existing clients resulting in the production of a variety of commercial loans involving complex negotiations and credit assessments and ensuring loans meet stringent underwriting criteria. In addition, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of business and individual relationships, while seeking new accounts through calling efforts, marketing, and referrals.
 
This role is responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance and oversight of all commercial loan files and documentation. The Junior Loan Servicing Specialist is integral in the loan life cycle; ensuring all documentation, record keeping, and reconciliation is current and accurate. This position must effectively and proactively communicate with internal and external customers in continued efforts to support compliance, tracking, and reporting.
 
The role of the Business Development Officer is to establish and aggressively grow Primary Bank’s presence/sales in the assigned territory. The position of the Business Development Officer requires a specific working understanding of our banking product and services to be able to relate them to our client needs. The Business Development officer will develop a marketing plan for a specific target market of small to medium size businesses and business professionals. This includes, providing a superior level of customer relations and service while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The position of Business Development Officer is responsible for attaining established individual, department, and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
 
Along with the traditional Retail Products, the Business Development officer will primarily focus on Business Banking – Commercial deposits (DDA, MMA’s), Not-For-Profit, Remote Deposit Automation, Cash Management services (Analysis Checking, Fraud Prevention products etc.) 
 
A Branch Relationship Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service, possessing excellent communications skills, maintaining general math skills, is detail orientated and able to function in a changing environment. Responsible for conducting customer financial transactions including but not limited to check cashing, withdrawals, deposits. Developing new relationships with clients and opening accounts, referring and cross-selling of products or services and all other tasks as assigned. The Branch Relationship Associate is responsible for responding to client issues and contributing to the branch goals as directed by Branch Manager. The Branch Relationship Associate is a float position and will be required to work in different branches as needed.
 
A Branch Service Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service, possessing excellent communications skills, maintaining general math skills, is detail orientated and able to function in a changing environment. Responsible for conducting customer financial transactions including but not limited to check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, opening accounts, referring and cross-selling of products or services and all other tasks as assigned. The Branch Service Associate is responsible for meeting individual sales goals and contributing to the Branch goals.
 
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including branch operations, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives under the direction of the Branch Manager. The ABM also motivates staff to provide excellent customer service through leading by example and training. Proactively leads, manages, motivates and coaches staff to exceed customer expectations, respond to customer issues and achieves individual and branch goals. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for managing Operational Standards including but not limited to cash vault, ATM, end of day settlement, end of month audits, retention and related reports to ensure the integrity of Branch.
